In the past, I have been focused on marketing for many of my clients: handling social media management, list growth, email management, and marketing strategy plans. However, over the last twelve months I have also been helping clients with business strategy and systems.
I have a vast amount of experience in business and marketing and have finally built a unique system that I use to help business owners grow and prosper. Using my proprietary 6-Core Business System, I work with clients who are past start up and in growth mode.
The 6-Core Business Systems include:
1. Human Resource Systems
2. Design Systems
3. Marketing Systems
4. Customer Systems
5. Technical Systems
6. Operational Systems
And effective 04/01/2017, I added Human Resource System to my menu. While I have managed Human Resource projects in the past, they were limited to Employee Handbooks and developing operational policies and procedures for the Human Resource Departments of small to medium size businesses.
However, I am excited to announce that I have joined forces with Carol Westberry, of The Westberry Group and HRToolKitsOnline.com. As of 04/01/2017, I became the Managing Partner of both Human Resource entities.
Carol Westberry is the Founder of The Westberry Group, a Human Resource Consulting Group, and the Founder and creator of HRToolKitsOnline.com. I have worked with Carol since 2014 managing her business as her Chief Operating Officer on Demand.
It only felt right that when Carol decided it was time to slow down and move into semi-retirement, I would step in. The addition of human resource services will be a nice complimentary merger to my existing business and marketing services.
Carol will be staying on as a Consulting Partner but will step out of day to day operations. She will still be a part of the development of both companies but will no longer manage client operations. She will be our Human Resource Expert Consultant - supporting me in HR matters as needed. We will be sharing more information over the next month, but I wanted you all to be the first to hear about the merger.
This new addition of services does not change or affect any of my current clients or services that I offer.
I wish Carol many blessings as she starts her semi-retirement. She has longed to spend more time traveling with her husband, Larry, as well as baking and enjoying quiet time by her new pool. I think I’m feeling a little envious right about now!
Should you have any questions or concerns about the changes, please don’t hesitate to reach out to me personally. I am excited to be able to offer you a more extensive range of services to grow your business and build it responsibly.
